19mm Mini 4-20mA Output Silicon Pressure Sensor For OEM Transmitter
HT19-4-20 Pressure Sensor
Introduction of silicon pressure sensor:
HT19-4-20 Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor
The HT19-4-20 is a high-stability piezoresistive pressure sensor featuring a precision diffused silicon sensing element. It accurately measures liquid and gas pressure by transmitting force through a silicon diaphragm and isolating the medium via a silicone oil-filled isolation diaphragm.
Equipped with a sophisticated amplifier circuit, it delivers a standardized 0.5–4.5VDC or 4–20mA output for seamless integration. Its robust design and versatility make it ideal for applications such as air compressors, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment.

Ordering tips |
Core-to-Housing Fit
Ensure proper alignment between the core and transmitter housing to maintain required airtightness.
Housing Assembly
Keep the housing vertically aligned during assembly.
Apply uniform pressure to prevent jamming or damage to the compensation plate.
Material Compatibility
If the measured medium is incompatible with the 316L housing or core diaphragm, specify this when ordering for customized solutions.
Diaphragm Protection
Avoid contact with hands or sharp objects to prevent deformation or puncture of the sensing diaphragm.
Gauge Pressure Core Venting
Keep the pressure port open to the atmosphere.
Prevent moisture, steam, or corrosive media from entering the negative pressure chamber.
Pin Lead Modifications
Refer to the actual core label for correct wiring if pin leads are altered.
